It's truly an injustice that conventional medicine has reached the level of depravity that it has. Seems to me that the risks usually outweigh the benefits. I remember a lady once telling me that when you laugh the world laughs with you. But when you cry you cry alone. Rachael, in spite of your battles and troubles. I am truly glad that you surrendered your life to Jesus. I doubt you would have made it this far without Him. Glad too that you have learned that there are many natural products that we can take for various health issues that yield good results without the massive side effects. This guinnea pig game doctors and big pharma have been playing with people's lives have gone on for far too long. People must learn to search for and use alternative medicines and cut the cord from the pharma stuff. Even better is to not take that rat poison to begin with unless they feel there are no other options in my opinion.

Too few Christians know that the "chemical imbalance in the brain" is known to be false by the American Psychiatric Association. And I visited a church where a nurse and therapist from a community mental illness center preached it like the Gospel truth. They urged members not to be afraid but get medical help if they felt sad or anxious. Because God helped doctors discover wonderful things and these life saving pills were His gift to humanity. Never mind the soul denial or bio reductionism intrinsic to psychiatry. Or the Darwinism at its core linking it to eugenics--and transhumanism.
I am just now reading your article and have a best friend who has been in a facility for many years on these drugs and I would like to help her get off and onto natural medicines. I know her and I care. Our relationship and story go back a long way and I would appreciate having a private email conversation with you on this topic. I'm off the drugs and can think and feel more clearly but suffer high inflammation and a number of issues related to it. The decades on a cocktail have taken their toll.
Your friend needs to get out, if possible, to do a good taper. A refusal to take her drugs will get her in trouble if it's involuntary. Catch-22. I recommend her to read Toxic Psychiatry by Peter Breggin. He got in trouble during Covid lockdown from passing "misinformation." But he's a brave man and has had death threats throughout his career for telling the truth about psychiatric treatments. He knows how crooked the medical system is.
Go off one drug at a time. Start with the drugs used for depression if prone to mania. Taper by 10% every month. After a year or more it should be possible to quit. Move on to taper the next drug in the following month.
