I am adding a note. As a Christian I know we should forgive those who treat us despitefully and love our enemies as Christ did us when we were His enemies. I am not saying we should hold grudges or seek revenge. If someone offers an apology—even if you suspect it to be insincere—take it at face value. Forgive that person—no matter what they have done—and move on.
The sad fact is there has been no closure. Many still are not sorry or willing to admit how they have harmed others. Even the well-meaning people may think we are crazy and shake their heads at “conspiracy theories.” And we—not the people who keep getting elected—are the ones who pay for the propaganda put out.
Also, cyber trolling is evil. And social media is a contradiction in terms.
Dear Lockdown Supporters.
I just read some zealous Covidian blaming Trump for all the Covid deaths. Yet not the deaths from the clot shot. Because “their guy” mandated it, that made it a good thing.
I no longer support either party. But as far as anger and blame goes, I blame the grass roots Covidians more than any political figure or talking head on the idiot box.
This virtue signalling during the last Thanksgiving which involved boasting on anti social media about how you were no longer seeing relatives because they voted “wrong” was nothing new. You had been giving everyone the cooty treatment for long months. It seemed to give you a thrill of joy to view your fellow human beings as nothing but walking vectors of the plague.
Why are you angry about all the Covid deaths you think Trump caused? I don’t like him myself and agree that he lies but you don’t even know what lies he is telling because you get it all second hand. Trump has always been pro lockdown and pro mask and urged listeners to take his Trump shot. I don’t know why you think he told us not to. He always listened to Fauci and Birx. That is why a number of us no longer support him.
The reason we cannot come together with you is not because of how you voted. It’s not because you are anti Trump or anti Musk but because of your anti humanity behavior. That, and you base your beliefs less on whether or not they’re true versus false, but whether they are popular versus unpopular. The main reason many of you hate Trump whether you admit it or not is not because he is a moral reprobate (and he is) but because he’s low brow and your idols on MSNBC, CNN, and Hollywood sneer at him. He’s a lowbrow buffoon who uses bad grammar, eats with the wrong fork at parties and wears a baseball cap. His followers don’t earn as much money as you and work with their hands and live in rustic areas. That’s the real reason you hate the MAGAtards so much. You are perfectly happy to live by lies as long as they are told by the pretty, popular celebrities you have chosen to form parasocial bonds with.
That’s why you so eagerly accepted the MSM report that all Trump voters were racist like Archie Bunker and other blue-collar characters off your TV set. Nearly all racists on TV since the sixties have been depicted as blue collar, poor and uneducated. Leading the propagandized masses to assume that all poor, blue-collar workers who don’t attend college must be racist. Richard Spencer and Dr. Mengele notwithstanding. Vanity and pride pure and simple.
Why are you blaming Trump for all those Covid deaths you so desperately wanted? Seriously. I’ve read the hateful crap many anti-human Covidians posted online for two years straight. You enjoyed all the devastation. You wanted horrible things to happen. I don’t understand hating any political figure so much that you rejoice over the prospect of millions of people dying just to make him look bad. Yes. I read posts of you laughing and rejoicing about the economic devastation and the suicides and emotional crises that would occur. But all the destruction and death you wished upon countless others would be worth it because it would hurt Trump.
Yes, lefties. The comments posted by you or other lefties equalled if they didn’t exceed the spite, the vitriol, and the sickening hatred found on the “Redpill Manosphere” by those angry young men throwing tantrums and wishing death on women they don’t know from Adam because they can’t get laid. If the comparison to “toxic incels” makes you feel outraged and insulted I have achieved my goal.
“I hope you die a lonely, childless old woman alone in a house with 300 cats and they eat your face off days before they find your body.”
“I hope you catch Covid when you attend church and die a long, slow death cut off from family in the hospital with a ventilator gasping with your lungs on fire!”
Equally lovely sentiments by equally kindhearted, empathetic people.
Yet, now that you believe you got all those millions of us to die horrible Covid deaths exactly like you so desperately wanted. I have not forgotten the articles and videos—and comments—posted by so many rejoicing over the harm the lockdown would cause. Just because you “lost” an election and it would hurt the Donald.
The truth is Trump is not the one who suffered. That’s something neither his worshippers nor those who want to burn down the world and inflict incalculable human misery on the entire population seem to understand.
There are videos on YT of people lamenting the loss of “third places” and community and lamenting loneliness. They blame it on the “pandemic” but they chose to destroy all these things. Many people warned what would happen—even those who supported lockdown sometimes admitted what it would cost—but the Covidians were having too much fun. (Most had work from home jobs too. During break they’d drop by Facebook or the comment section of a conservative site to taunt and ridicule someone lamenting that he had lost the family business and his family might become homeless. Or enjoying a hearty laugh at the report of a highschooler who committed suicide because of how hopeless he felt about life. My cousin left FB when a number of her friends mocked her son as pathetic and weak because he came home with sick headaches and nausea from being forced to wear a face rag all day.
Trump and the rest of them don’t suffer. We do. Regardless of who we vote for. Whether or not we vote at all.
Quit making it about Trump or Harris or whoever. It’s really about those who chose an authoritarian state over the wellbeing of their neighbors. Who sacrificed family and friends to some “greater good.” Those ventilators killed people and many elders died of neglect and mistreatment in nursing homes. It seems lots of Covidians were happy to leave grandma alone to be mistreated and killed during lockdown they pretended was about saving her. Urging people who were known to be high risk to take that experimental shot to “do their part” and not caring if they were horribly injured or killed. There were those who mocked others who complained of horrific vaxx injury online too. After they did their part. Just like they mocked those who got sick from those face rags they demanded everyone in the world wear. And urged depressed, lonely people to off themselves on Twitter.
I don’t think difference of skin tone or who you voted for is that important. But if you personally know someone who acted in the ways I have described over the past five years, and they refuse to apologize you need to distance yourself. Treat them like an abuser. Because that’s what they are.
In 2019 I was learning to embrace humanity again after decades on the fringe. Now, in 2025, I’m struggling not to go full misanthrope. It’s not just about wickedness but willful stupidity and doing whatever a more powerful, clever baddy tells you to do.
My guess is a lot of Trump supporters are angry at the Covidians, but blame it on their voting for Biden or Harris rather than taking a stand against humanity. The Right is as clueless as the Left. And my Trump supporting family is mad at me for not getting a “real ID.” More going it alone. Sigh.
Amen !!!
I personally believe you have answered the question, “Why Are the Covidians Still Angry?” perfectly.
I can’t add a single thing except, well said, I couldn’t agree more !!!
Tell it Rachael. Most of the hateful folks who didn't kick the bucket yet from the multitude of the clot shot health complications are probably still hateful. And still wishing every misfortune they can think of on someone else. Clot shot or no clot shot. Some of them finally realized that some of us won't forget the tyranny, or the medical insanity over a health threat that could have been treated with safer medicines and antioxidants. Neither will we forget the lost loved ones, coworkers and friends who unfortunately trusted liars telling them that biological weapons would save them from disease and death. The covid jabs did neither.
