Blueprint for the NWO
According to Whitney Webb, there are a number of social experiments around the globe. The technocrats have been collecting the data to figure out the most efficient means of controlling large groups. It looks as though the Mental Health System has provided a microcosmic blueprint for Global Technocracy.
People look at all the insane, chaotic behaviors going on and complain about how the state needs to bring back asylums. This helps them look kind, whereas calling for lifelong confinement as punishment would be excessive to the point of cruelty. (When it comes to “crimes” such as acting weird or looking creepy.)
These complainers don’t realize that an asylum already exists and has been set in place for over thirty years. Asylums could not contain a fifth of the population the way the current MHS does. A madhouse without walls that does not protect anyone. It never was about helping people inside or out but keeping the criminal types with bad genes from reproducing by segregation and techniques to destroy or diminish fertility.

People will put up with a great deal to protect their health and safety. Observing this, the technocrats used a tested and proven method in establishing medical tyranny around the world. It was only remarkable in its scope, since it dealt in groups rather than individuals as psychiatry or the MHS does.
Here is a roadmap for the takeover. The five steps are disrupt, confine, confuse, conscript, disable.
Disrupt
Inflict sudden severe trauma without the target (or consumer) being fully aware.
Find a real thing. Such as grief or social anxiety or a bad strain of the flu. This is the essential bit of truth needed to bolster this Big Lie.
Exaggerate its danger while lying about its source or possible solutions through PR campaigns. This confuses and terrifies individuals while causing division within groups.
Offer bad medical advice to make the minor or nonexistent ailment much worse. Lots of mind-altering drugs or face masks and sedentary habits. Be sure to constantly warn the public about deaths by the wrongheaded fools who refused to comply. Heap scorn and shame upon their memories as though they had committed the vilest of crimes by wanting a second medical opinion.
Confine
Cut off the consumer from family and friends for a length of time.
Call this enforced isolation help but treat the consumers brutally. Tell them how kind and loving you are to protect them for their own good while constantly berating them and stealing their basic human rights and dignities. Examples include strip searches on entering wards and the enforced wearing of face rags.
Attach shame and stigma to sickness—something normally viewed as beyond human control. Rub it into their minds that it is entirely their fault if they are found to be “sick” by the approved agents of the experts. Suffering emotional pain or coming down with the sniffles is now a grievous crime against society.
Allow back former rights as privileges for compliance. The “helper” must be sure to let the consumers realize how kind this is. Though their cruelty is also kindness because it’s all done for public-health-and-safety-for-your-own-good.
Tightly monitor all social interactions allowed to occur. Choose the visitors, length and time for visits, where visits can occur, and other details. Restrict reading materials. This can be done through confinement in wards or Big Tech combined with Lockdown.
Keep the consumer’s attention focused on the issue requiring the helpers forcing themselves upon her. Use constant fear propaganda to encourage hypochondria and gaslight.
Confuse
Offer uncertain hope—either tremendous hope or none at all.
Start with the depressing message that your world is gone. Alternate despair with manic optimism in public interviews. These are meant to confuse as well as drain the consumers who keep listening. Mood swings go well with gaslighting to undermine someone’s perception of reality.
Venerate the experts as though they were religious shamans instead of public servants or consultants. Send out messages of nonstop fear mongering and public shaming that make it unthinkable to question—let alone disobey—the medical expert. When they flip flop on advice pretend it never happened.
Only the chosen “issue” matters, whether depression, bipolar or a respiratory illness. Getting that pesky alleged disease under control is worth destroying someone’s career, education, relationships, sanity, health, and life itself.
As long as they die compliant during a grand mal seizure induced by a neuroleptic, kidney failure after years on lithium, organ failure from Remdesivere, or destroyed lungs from that mechanical ventilator. As long as they don’t die with their rights on. It’s perfectly acceptable that consumers die with rights off instead.
The measures used to control should be entirely negative. The only orders other than “don’t” should be the most destructive while touted as lifesaving. Such as stupefying drugs and oxygen deprivation.
Keep pulling numbers out of the air. Large numbers that cannot be refuted. Because they are entirely hypothetical having never occurred. “If more treatments were available, 10,000 lives would be saved each year.” “If my advice had not been followed, at least 5,000,000 people would have died.” Pretend this piece of science fiction regarding some multiverse is hard science with a straight face.
Conscript
Indoctrinate a support team of useful idiots, consisting of family, friends, and neighbors, to coerce for the medical system.'
Address these good citizens/useful idiots directly when possible. Preferably through the local doctor* doing the system’s grunt work. If that isn’t possible, hire celebrities and high-profile experts to address the audience through screens as though they really knew them.
Convince them that any scruples against a course of treatment are just unreasonable stubbornness and a willingness to endanger the lives of themselves and even others. Stir up contempt and outrage at the wrongheaded fools who dare to defy doctors’ orders. It’s for their own good after all and they are endangering themselves. Not to mention those around them.
Convince the team of useful idiots that no price is too great to pay for the Promised Land the expert is leading them to. Never allow them to bring up the question of whether zero covid or a lifetime of “high functioning severe mental illness” is worth it. Ideally the consumer should be indoctrinated, but even if that fails coercion from friends and family can lead to compliance.
When the course of recommended treatment worsens the situation scapegoat the noncompliant. Either they’re lying when they claim they followed the doctors’ orders or didn’t do it right. If Joe would just take his XXXX meds exactly as prescribed he wouldn’t sleep so much, act listless, talk irrationally or have daily seizures. He must be lying when he says he is taking his Haldol or Prozac exactly as prescribed. If the city of M would just obey the celebrity doctor and Mayor D there would be fewer cases and no need for further lockdowns.
Every time something goes horribly wrong, and it can no longer be denied that the course of recommended treatment was followed, it was despite the treatment. Tell the masses it still would have been so much worse without it.
Use terrifying personal stories and anecdotes to terrify the consumers and demonize the non-compliant. Let celebrities—doctors are best—to make terrifying predictions of will happen to the noncompliant. Mock the laymen who challenge the narrative by asking “Where’s your doctorate?” Never demand advanced degrees or medical training from laymen who militantly support the narrative. When anecdotes and doctors’ opinions conflict with said narrative hide or dismiss.
Disable*
Causing long term disability to create permanent dependence on the System is the end game.
Long before reaching this stage there should be offers of Help from the state (not-so-secretly in bed with the medical/big pharma system.) A little Help should immediately be offered shortly after starting the disruption. This will aid greatly with mass compliance. This help is really a soft sell for lifelong economic disability.
Talk a lot about “community resources” while keeping consumers as far removed from the real local community as possible. The fewer neighbors, friends, relatives, churches, small charities involved the better. Since massive NGO’s do most of their “philanthropy” in poorer nations, the federal government is the go-to helper for everything the church used to do in western nations. Foster dependence on giant faceless bureaucracy that keeps remote and distant while being remotely petitioned for help.
Strongly discourage both marriage and gainful employment. Even friends and certain nonfinancial activities should be controlled and monitored by the System. The idea is that the consumer neither rely on other human individuals nor practice self-reliance but look to the System (the state tied to massive corporations through cronyism on steroids) for every good and perfect gift. Needless to say, the church must go too.
Get the consumer hooked on as many “free” services as possible. A lot of people are overjoyed at collecting benefits, not knowing that if all the stuff in your life is free from the System you are their slave. A bunch of strings come attached. Severe economic penalties for getting married or trying to hold down a job for instance.
The disabling stage should be incremental. The true physical disabling should be subtle. Dismiss it as side effects. Say, “It’s better than suffering from Bipolar or getting sick with Covid.” Or, “Your suffering would be worse without your safe and effective treatments.” Slight brain injuries and autoimmune issues are ideal.
The “safe and effective” treatments have a cumulative effect. Like compound interest. After enough time, the damage will become permanent. The consumer will only be able to work with great difficulty. And the major string or stipulation attached to all the free stuff the consumer needs to live is medical compliance. Whether psychiatric drugs or mRNA shots.
No. I am not saying “all doctors are evil” as some accuse people like me of believing. Most doctors mean well but work as brainwashed grunts for the system. Because they don’t often see the damage they cause or connect it to the treatments they prescribe they are ignorant rather than malicious like those at the top who avoid working with patients. Unlike the doctors who work in death camps they can’t see that just following orders is maiming and killing people.
Disable—the final stage—has not yet been completed. But from glancing at the WEF’s not-so-secret plans, I can see how much it resembles the mental health system or psychiatric welfare state. Not a pleasant system to live under! And the federal governments been funding it throughout the USA, Canada, Britain, Australia, and Europe.
